Degree: Bachelor of Engineering/ Science in computer, information, electrical engineering, telecommunication, or other related fields (0-1 year experience)
1. Basic knowledge about computer system and network system
2. Basic knowledge about operating system, server tools, virtualization system, backup system, and network system
- Provide customer services according to SLA and the service agreement.
- Check services and monitor against abnormal situations that may affect the whole of 24/7 monitoring services.
- Analyze problems occurred and submit any unsolved cases to the 2nd line support level.
- After each ticket, key in clients’ details and problems in the system correctly.
- Track and solve problems for clients from once a problem is found until it is solved completely.
- Write an assessment report with the team to serve clients according to their needs.
- Create asset data and gather tool configurations.
- Create guidelines/ work instructions.
- Create reports such as monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports or others as assigned.
