Job Specification:

Degree: Bachelor of Engineering/ Science in computer, information, electrical engineering, telecommunication, or other related fields (0-1 year experience)

Additional Qualifications:

1. Basic knowledge about computer system and network system

2. Basic knowledge about operating system, server tools, virtualization system, backup system, and network system

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide customer services according to SLA and the service agreement.
  2. Check services and monitor against abnormal situations that may affect the whole of 24/7 monitoring services.
  3. Analyze problems occurred and submit any unsolved cases to the 2nd line support level.
  4. After each ticket, key in clients’ details and problems in the system correctly.
  5. Track and solve problems for clients from once a problem is found until it is solved completely.
  6. Write an assessment report with the team to serve clients according to their needs.
  7. Create asset data and gather tool configurations.
  8. Create guidelines/ work instructions.
  9. Create reports such as monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports or others as assigned.
